REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love every cup brewed with Keurig. But if your order isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and worry-free.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Start a Return

Email returns@keuurig.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send instructions and a return label (if eligible).

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

4. Exchanges

Need a different model or color? Simply return your original order and place a new one — we’ll make it quick and easy.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@keuurig.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge.
